Paul Swann

During his career Paul has held senior positions within a number of global marketing and advertising businesses. He is currently the Executive Creative Director at integrated communications agency, Thinkerbell, which is rated as one of Australia’s leading creative agencies.

His work for major clients has been highly awarded and he frequently judges at major advertising festivals. Throughout his career Paul has developed brand awareness and fundraising campaigns for major charities such as; Lifeline, R U OK, MND Australia and The Smith Family. Through this work Paul was inspired to utilise his insights and experiences to support innovative organisations in the NFP sector. He joined the 10×10 board in 2018 with a focus on marketing activities.

Outside of Thinkerbell and 10×10 Paul also has a keen interest in design and sustainability and in 2015 launched Ocean Collection which creates desirable objects from salvaged marine debris.
