Michael has spent almost two decades in banking, finance and law.  He is currently the COO and a co-founder of 2Be, an Australian fintech. He regularly advises companies, executives and boards on strategy, growth, governance and cultural change. He has served on the board of, and chaired, a range of companies, including arts and philanthropic bodies.  Michael holds Bachelors degrees in Arts & Law from UNSW and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael believes in the power of community as a driver of change, and that each generation should make a bigger contribution than the last.
