Our Social Purpose Organisations
Trekstock is a UK-based charity that supports young adults facing cancer. They provide practical and emotional support through programs and events tailored to the needs of young cancer patients. Trekstock aims to improve the quality of life and well-being of young adults living with cancer, helping them navigate their journey from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.
Nacoa (National Association for Children of Alcoholics) provides information, advice and support for anyone affected by parental alcoholism. Their services include a helpline, online support, and resources for both children and adults dealing with this issue.
Stem4 is a UK digital mental health charity for young people. They offer five mental health apps and educational programs, and they provide training for parents, carers, and educators. Stem4 helps young people manage anxiety, self-harm, depression, and eating disorders, while promoting resilience and early intervention.
What is a 10x10 event?
10×10 runs Dragon’s Den style events aimed at raising funds and awareness for early-stage innovative Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs). At each event, three SPOs pitch their organisation to a business-savvy dragon in front of a live audience, who in turn will ask probing questions about their model.
At this event, you will be given the opportunity to meet the founders of some of London’s most inspirational SPOs, interact with other likeminded professionals, and win incredible raffle and auction prizes, all while enjoying complimentary drinks, canapés, and entertainment.
How does it work?
- Pledge £60, £90 or £120 to attend (tax-deductible)
- Receive pledge tokens of equivalent value
- Listen to pitches and hear comments from the shark
- Allocate pledge tokens towards the SPOs that resonate with you the most!
