Leslye Schwartz’s passion is helping people to make positive social impacts and systemic changes in their communities and around the globe. She has over 20 years of experience as a strategy and fundraising consultant for not-for-profit organizations across social services, mental health, arts, education, and the environment. She works closely with leadership teams on developing their agency’s long-range strategic and financial planning and human capital needs, creating fundraising campaigns and events that have raised tens of millions of dollars, re-evaluating missions and program offerings, and conducting trainings on Board roles and responsibilities.
She has been an active member of the Board of Directors and worked with many national not-for-profit organizations, including 10×10 Philanthropy, Bring Change To Mind, The Mandela Institute, The People Concern, Fly Away Homes, Covid Tech Connect, Africa10, The Latin American Association, The Atlanta Opera, Heathy Hive Foundation, Spelman College, Echo Horizon School, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, and Rock Against Racism.
Earlier in her career, she held senior level positions inside non-profit organizations, consulting firms, and recruiting companies. Leslye lives in Los Angeles, California. She received a B.A. with Honors from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
