The Launch Of Community Capital Credit Fund

In December, we announced our strategic partnership with $420 million (US$280M) Community Capital Credit Fund. In a breakthrough for innovative and early-stage social purpose organisations in Australia, fund management fees are dedicated as a funding stream for talented social entrepreneurs, including those identified by 10×10’s skilled volunteers.

Community Capital was Co-Founded by our own 10×10 Co-Founder and Chair, Laurence Marshbaum OAM, in partnership with Barrenjoey and a host of leading Australian philanthropists and finance sector leaders to direct $10-$20million in multi-year grants to 10-15 innovative grassroots social purpose organisations in Australia over the lifetime of the fund.

For almost 10 years, we’ve been working with you – 1,500 amazing volunteers, 15,000 donors – and together, we’ve raised over $5 million at 10×10 events in support of over 300 social purpose organisations globally. Today we acknowledge that your contribution to this movement has been pivotal to the development of and partnership with the Community Capital Credit Fund. Thank you.
